Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EverAfter app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years old.
2. You have not been convicted of a felony or indictable offense (or crime of similar severity), a sex crime, or any crime involving violence.
3. You are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry.

Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. Maintain and promptly update your account information.
3. Keep your password secure and confidential.
4. Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
2. Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
3. Impersonate any person or entity.
4. Upload viruses or other malicious code.
5. Create multiple accounts.
6. Post content that is offensive, obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory.
7. Solicit money from other users.
8. Spam other users.

Content

You retain all rights to the content you post, but grant us a license to use, modify, display, and distribute this content on the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

Safety

We strive to keep EverAfter safe but cannot guarantee it. You agree to:

1. Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
2. Meet users in public places initially.
3. Tell a friend or family member about your plans when meeting someone.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or if we believe it's in the best interest of our community.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
